Return & Refund
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please note that:
❌ Damaged packaging or products will not be accepted for return or refund.
❌ Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items reported after the 7-day return window.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at theluxeflair@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Reason for return
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items returned in damaged condition
- Returns sent without prior approval
- Late returns (after 7 days of delivery)
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously and carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theluxeflair@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.
Please note: Damage caused during unboxing, mishandling, or due to improper storage is not covered under this policy.
